With a first-class degree in Sports Rehabilitation, alongside a diploma in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol, Dan has always been fascinated by how to optimise the body.
His professional experience includes working in elite rugby and football environments, where international players sought out his soft-tissue work particularly, as well as running his own clinic.
After years of severe back pain and disc injury himself, which once limited his ability to walk, sit, or sleep, Dan now trains across multiple sports and is working towards competing in Olympic weightlifting at British Championship level. He got into Sports Rehabilitation to resolve his own pain – his first case study was himself!
Outside of work, Dan enjoys getting out into nature with his wife and two little girls.
